I just want to let you know how I've started my little business and how you
can shop with me.

Here's a little bit about myself:
I used to work in the freight industry, decided to further studies and acquired a Bachelor in Management. Got married, moved to the US recently. When husband is out to work, it leaves me some time on my own. I love shopping! And I love Handbags!
But I know I can't do that for myself all the time, we'll be in BIG trouble!
So I decided I'll do it for my friends :-)

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Plse send your emails to me at usbag2bag@gmail.com. You can email me
the title of the bag which indicates the style, the color availability and
the Price. Price is indicated as SingXXX, prices includes shipping.

Copy the entire title of the bag that you are interested in, stating the
specific color that you want. In case your first color choice is not
available, let me know your 2nd choice if you are ok with an alternative
color. BEFORE you place your order, plse consider it carefully before you
ask me to get it for you. Once I pay for the item, the item you ordered is
considered yours.

When you are placing an order, plse do not send an email to ask "Is this
item available?", 'cos either way I have to go to the store to check for
stock availability. And by the time I reply you that the item IS available
and wait for a reply from you to get you the item, the item might be gone
the next moment.

So if you have already decided on an item, place your order with me and if
it's available, I'll get it for you and let you know the payment details. If
it's NOT available, I will let you know too. :)

ITEMS MAY OR MAY NOT COME WITH PRICE TAGS, DUST BAGS, CARE CARDS AND BOOKLETS.

Pls note that all the high brand items that I sell - price tags, dust bags,
care cards or booklets may not be standard inclusions. Referring to COACH,
as I understand from their staff at the outlet, those that come from their
warehouse, they would most likely remove them while they are in warehouse.

As for items that go directly from their boutique stores to their outlets,
they may still have all of these intact. I sell them as it is, so that's the
reason why I do not state if they do or do not come with the dust bags, care
cards or booklets since usually I buy them only at the time of order.

NO RECEIPT POLICY

I do not provide my order receipts to my customers 'cos this increases my
admin overhead, scanning the documents or taking pics of the receipts,
blanking out certain info. on the receipt, downloading.... it all takes
time. Giving my order receipt is also giving away my trade secrets. There
are other items included in a receipt, so it's tough to blank out certain
information. I have decided that to avoid too much "maybes" or "perhaps" and doing it for one customer and not doing it for another, I've set the rule of not providing any of my order/purchase receipts of any kind to ALL my
customers. I hope you will find my service charge reasonable and repeat the business. The best reference for purchase experience would be perhaps from the friend who have introduced you or the friend who has introduced her.

PAYMENT

1) The cut-off time is Fridays 23:59hrs (SIN Time) for all orders to be sent to usbag2bag@gmail.com. This will allow us sufficient time to communicate and discuss payment on email. I will make a trip down to the outlets to make purchases over the weekends.

2) By Tuesdays 12:00hrs (SIN Time), I will update you on the status of the purchase via email/sms/call, whether your item was available at the outlets and if the purchase was made successfully.

3) If a purchase was made, payment is expected to be completed by Tuesdays 23:59hrs (SIN Time).

4) If no purchase was made, then no payment is expected.

5) Payment is in Singapore dollars and fund transferred to my POSB savings account.

6) Upon successful fund transfers, I will arrange for the item to be shipped.
Sorry No Returns and No Exchange (too much admin work!). Once an order is placed on email, the item is considered SOLD. I would really appreciate your PROMPT payment.

For customers who have ordered and decided that they didn't want the item and therefore not pay, I can only take them out of my database and terminate my shopping service for them and will try to sell them off, most of the time at a lost.
It's not good for my business, but this is part of the risk I have to assume.

SHIPPING

Batch shipping is by air mail which takes 6 to 10 business days. I can do individual shipping too but it will cost more, extra charges for this will be at cost. Once I have a batch to ship, about 6 to 8 medium size items, I will get my counterpart located in Singapore to contact you and arrange for pick up. Pls refer to usbag2bag.blogspot.com the FAQs for questions regarding shipping and insurance.
